Find healthy foods that you love and embrace them. For instance, find a delicious, low-calorie protein shake or nut butter. The more you enjoy the food you are eating while dieting, the easier it will be.
Create a Support Group
Even if you are surrounded by people who aren’t on your same weight loss journey, make sure they are supportive. The more supported you feel throughout the process, the easier it will be along the way.
